The Pros and Cons of Voip

Voip service is a great solution for most people. Still, as with any new technology, there can be an occasional glitch. At Voip, we want to be open and honest with our customers to ensure they're completely satisfied. So here's a look at the pros and cons of voip. We think you'll agree that the benefits more than outweigh any potential negatives.

The Pros

Overall, most customers experience huge savings with Voip service and are thrilled with the service. With some plans you can make unlimited calls anywhere in the US and Canada for a low monthly rate (our premium yearly plan charges you just about $8.33/month). Your current touch tone phone will work fine. You get all the standard features the regular phone company offers plus a set of new features that you can only get with Voip service.

The Cons

Some VoIP customers occasionally complain about call quality. Voip customers may also experience a higher call-failure rate than traditional landlines (occasionally a call won't get through). However, these complaints are extremely rare. As with cell phone service, most customers find the benefits they get with Voip service justify the occasional lost call or bad connection. However, 911 calls are not as reliable as emergency calls made on a landline telephone and therefore the Voip Customers should always have a landline telephone available for 911 calls-the customer should fully review the 911 Terms of Service. And know that we at Voip are always striving to provide the best service possible and eliminate any glitches. If you have any questions, please let us know.
